Friendly staff and helpful service
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making our stay more comfortable. the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved to provide a better overall experience for the guests.

Noisy at night due to bathroom pipes. Room security needs improvement.

During my stay at this hotel over Christmas, I was pleased with a couple of things. the employees provided helpful consultation services, ensuring I had a pleasant experience. the hotel's location was ideal, being close to a beautiful ghat. the comfortable public rest space on the top floor offered a wide view and a cozy atmosphere.
There were some drawbacks to my stay. The private room I stayed in had thin walls, resulting in constant noise from the reception, kitchen, and café.

I had a wonderful stay at Stay Inn Heritage in Varanasi. the owner, Mr Rajan, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They arranged a heritage walk with Mr Satyam Pandey, who had excellent knowledge about the city. It was a wonderful experience to explore Varanasi with him. the location of the hostel was perfect, close to Assi Ghat and other local attractions. the beds were comfortable, the place was super clean, and the balcony was amazing. the staff, especially Akka, were always there to assist. the café restaurant at the hostel served delicious food. it felt like home every time I visited. Cons: All good 👍.

Amazing location, one block from Ghats and main street. Excellent host, always offering help and delicious chai. Best balcony to prepare meals and socialize. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and working hot water.
